1. Download from the link below 
2. Extract the files using winrar  
3. Install Android Driver if it's not installed.
4. Open the application Livesuite Rom and select that you want to install 
5. Turn off Tablet 
6. Hold Vol-or Vol +, Usb Plug in the tablet and press the power button several times 
7. Wait Until Tablet detected in Livesuite 
8. Via Livesuite (format fully Tablet) 
9. Via Livesuite Install ROM 
10. Once inside the System ROM allow some time for completing the installation
